-How do I cancel or change my order:

Black Mane Forever is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDERING POLICIES" page linked below.

-How do I track my order:

You can track your packages by clicking the "Track my order" link in the navigation menu at the top of the home page. Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Be sure not to forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email. 

-I placed an order but I never received a confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from Black Mane Forever within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.
